Jayne: Anybody remember her comin' at me with a butcher's knife? Wash: Wacky fun.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

it's times like this I wish I was still in LA. Glad y'all made it home ok. Hope the morning doesn't bring too much pain. Thankfully y'all got home before I had to tell a drunk fool story from my past.

I popped in to say, I'm watching Stardust, and "Whoopsie" De Niro is killing me.

Honey, I will beat you up if you try to beat yourself up about this tomorrow, for lo, the week was a roller coaster ride of good and bad, and sometimes, booze happens.

Glad you got home safe, sweetheart.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Aw, crap! If I'd had any idea, I would have come home so much sooner. GC, I'm glad you and DW are home safe. I'm so sorry I wasn't here to help.

This!!! Oh sweetie, I wish you'd called! We're only 20 minutes away and totally would have come rescued you. I'm so glad you're home safe now. Please drink lots of water and try to get DW to drink some too. Check in tomorrow and let us know you're okay, please?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

(((GC))) I'm glad you're home safe. Things like this happen and you were smart not to try to drive; please don't beat yourself up about it.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

So glad to hear you got home safe.

not your mom's socks.

{{GC & DW}} No beating yourself up. None. You did very smart things - you got in touch with your friends (by the way, go team bitches) and you stayed safe. Both excellent choices. Things happen - and this has been a heck of a week. You are loved. Now drink some water.

Also, what Plei said.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Wow. I just got online this morning and discovered the whole GC and DW story. Not that I could have done much if I'd come by earlier, being in NC and all. GC, I hope you and DW feel ok when you wake up today. And I'm sorry this week has been so stressful. Booze seems like a perfectly reasonable response to it all—I'm glad you got a cab at the end.

Mostly lurking...

Wow. I got scared when I saw 200 messages since I went to bed last night.

GC, listen to me, honey. When you come check in this morning, I want you to know how absolutely proud of you I am. YOU DIDN'T DRIVE, and you sought out help when you were panicking about what to do. And, ultimately, you got home safe and sound. {{{GC and DW}}} Hang in there, honey. Today may not be fun, but you'll get through. So much love to you both.
