Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I practically lived on those in Mexico City so I'd call them actual Mexican. Though I haven't had them here so I don't know if its the same. Sounds pretty tasty.

Hey, y'all. I'm home! And I have a Taz curled up right next to me. Yay.

OK, all I know about bra's is, they are far too hard to take off, but that's from lack of practice. But that one looks like a sports bra without the smooshing. Again, what do I know about bra's?

Ooo for sleep overs. And I wonder if one of the cards are "will my brother and his friends bother us tonight" or something.

OK, I am of the tired now. I found the putting green. I putted for about an hour. It was rather nice. Then I decided to walk around the area for a bit. They have a nice lake, with a swan, and ducks, and some other bird that was rather ugly. There is a fitness trail with a dozen stations or so, each with a different excercise to do. Like a bazillion tennis courts. A dinky driving range (think of a NFL kickers practice station on the sideline, only with golf tee's). So I walked around all of that. Now I am of the pooped. And it looks like a blister is forming on my right palm. Ya, I can hear the jokes already. Eh. It's worth it. The day was far too beautiful to *not* walk around and enjoy.

Compassionately intolerant

I've had bad experiences with match.com and a truly aweful experience with eharmony but have found pretty good success with okcupid.com...with the added bonus that it is free.

There a lots of cool features and it's very bi-poly friendly.

Our wings are not tired.

A couple weeks ago we ran into one of DH's older billiards buddies at a restaurant and he was with his sweetheart. They happily told us they met on match.com. Wouldn't have guessed either one of them were into computers much less online dating.

Bras are evil. I never wore them until after I had the kids and the girls grew. Right now I just have a stretchy tube thing on under my tank top. I look forward to losing enough weight to toss them all and go back to pretty little camisoles. I'm all about the comfort. Wires - never.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm curious about the newly designed bra.

OK, so it's happened again. A blast from the past friends me at facebook. This time it's someone from High School. She drops me a line and says:

So nice to make contact with you. I don't know why we didn't end up HS strong friends because I was always fond of you. You seemed to accept me no matter what crap I got myself into, or what weirdness I was involved with! I appreciated you for that a lot!

Being that I had a HUGE crush on her, but of course being shy never did anything about it (that and she always had this boyfriend). I'm not going to read into that statement, right? Granted, she's married and living in KS now, so not like there is anything to read into. Just trying to learn from my past. I can never tell when a gal is interested.

Yeah, I met a couple people off OKCupid. And, free. I know lots of people who've used match, but it's very ...normal.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm on OKCupid... maybe I should answer some of these emails. I had two really bad dates from OKC so I went off it but maybe I should give it another chance.
