[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shir, my very best thoughts and vibes for peace and calm~ma to everyone around you and yours. And I fully endorse this 'talking' thing you're recommending.
But I do have to say, the Shir and Omnis Show (with occasional special guest appearances by some of my favourite Buffistas) has the makings of an instant Internet smash hit. I'm enjoying it very, very much.
Nora, I wish I could come out and lean my forehead against yours and just breathe deep with you for a few minutes. (I'm sorry if that's overly intimate, but it's the closest I could get my feelings into words.) All good thoughts and love to both you and Tom.
Love and hugs and mugs of hot beverages of your choice to everybody, as appropriate.
eta: Ack! Ginger! (See Beep Me.) So glad you weren't hurt. Rapid tire replacement and safe return home ~ma to you in abundance, along with the aforementioned hugs and such.
sending out the quick tire change ma~~~~ to Ginger
Much car-ma to Ginger.
Yikes! Lots of car~ma for Ginger. That must have been scary.
Tire~ma for Ginger! Doesn't Walmart have an automotive waiting room or something where you and Mr. Peabody can wait? I hope the weather isn't bad and you guys are ok.
Ginger, let us know when you are home safe. {{{{Ginger}}}}
Poor, Ginger! I am muy simpatico, my friend.
Here's to a quick fix.
I know there is a shit storm of doom and gloom that seems to have engulfed everyone. It sucks. I'm firmly against it.
My friend who lives in Switzerland (the one I missed a while back when I tried travelling to see her and the clutch went out on Christopher's truck) lost her grandmother on Christmas eve. Over 20 years ago, Angie lost her only sister in a Christmas car wreck. The following Christmas, her father committed suicide. Her mother died 10 years ago (during the summer) of cancer. The only family she has left in the world is her half brother and a nephew (who lost their 23 year old wife and mom three years ago to a freak blood infection).
I'm going to her gran's funeral to see her and be there for her. I'm always surprised by how well she holds her shit together. She's seen more tragedy in her life than any human should have to deal with. And yet, she's remarkably upbeat and pleasant to be around.
Humans amaze me sometimes.
