This is what happens when I ignore the news for a day. Hell breaks out in Gaza. Shir, all the ~ma in the world heading your way. I'm pissed the Google Earth doesn't seem to have any Israeli cities listed, and since I have poor geographical knowledge of the area, it's not making things easy. It looks like your folks are about 90 KM away (?), so safe from that 20 KM range of rockets, I hope. And Jerusalem about 50 KM or so? I hope the road from your parents is safe, and trouble free. And yikes! I hope your name doesn't get called up on the reserves list.

Funny thing was, I was playing a video game pretty much all day yesterday, and one of the settings is in Jerusalem circa 1100 AD, and I was thinking "I wonder how accurate this map/city is? I wonder if Shir would recognize any of it" Maybe it was my brain saying "Dummy, turn on the news!".

Can't forget the others. Pix, I hope your Grandma is ok. Any word yet? Sean, how is S doing? You mentioned she might be released, has she been? Give her a big HOWDY from Texas from me, ok? And Suzi, may escrow fly by with smooth sailing all the way!
