Bunnies frighten me.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm closing tonight and tomorrow.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Worked today, working tomorrow. At least today, with the group home empty, the hard part was not actually snoring in case anyone came in.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Tomorrow, I have two monsters and some work to do, but no braving the public, thankfully. Greg has to work tomorrow and Saturday.

Nora, I actually quite like the wood/pattern of the cat's body, but the face is a bit too...something. My mother would love your gifts to bits. Maybe it's a generational thing.

My mom sent capes for the children that haven't arrived yet. Greg's parents gave the kids exactly what they wanted, which was very nice.

We've had a mellow day. Nick came last night, was loved on today, and left with a few presents and a lot of leftovers, which he loves. I made a very simple meal; Greg gave me paints, inks, and books about sumi-e; I gave him Tim Burton toys and a D&D book; the kids were spoiled by everyone and ate too much candy, and we had a marathon of Christmas cartoons that ended with a snack at 11 before popping the punkins into bed. It was nice.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I went to eat Indian food and see South Pacific at Lincoln Center. Variation on the usual Chinese food and movie theme. The food and the show were both very good. Actually, the show was really good.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gronk. Home now. We had a great day with TCG's family. The little girls that have a crush on him were there, and they would not leave him alone today. It was so cute. They saw me first and forget about saying hello. The first words out of their mouths were, ''Where's your boyfriend?''

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Kids and I had a good day. Stockings and prezzies in the morning, but at a reasonable hour for once. STBX came over around noon to exchange prezzies with them and share dinner. He left, I napped and then took the kids to a movie. They picked Bedtime Stories which was fun.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Today was really wonderful, but I am majorly full of gronk. And food. Spent all day at the daughter's visiting with the kids. Drank totally too much holiday cheer. Played with dogs (a yorkie, a papillion and a whippet) and petted kitties. My nephew, dad and brother came over in the afternoon for dinner and presents. Some folks played Operation (now with new sounds-barks and farts @@.) Some watched youtube videos of motorcycle racing and jet planes. The rest of us watched bunches of Torchwood (I got both season one and season two, hoot!) I am now ahemming the Doctor Who Christmas special before I finally call it a night. A totally wonderful Christmas! I hope all y'all's been merry and bright, too!

Today was kind of low-key, but good. Thanks to Snowpocalypse, we weren't able to make it over to the big holiday party at my friend's house. So my parents came over to our place, as did a couple other friends. Mom brought over everything for steak and baked potatoes, and her addictive artichoke dip. (Which I have the left-overs of in the fridge, muah-ha-ha!)

I had a Very Adam Ant Christmas - Pete gave me a bunch of re-mastered CDs, a DVD of all his videos, and his autobiography in two formats (book and audio book, read by Adam). After I unwrapped the third Antmusic goodie, I said I felt an urge to go draw a white stripe across my face with makeup.

Actually, the theme of my presents from Pete was Jilli's Rock Star Crush Objects, because in addition to the Adam Ant goodies, he also gave me the super-deluxe limited edition of the Umbrella Academy collection and an UA coffee mug.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

muah-ha-ha!

Your mocking is an evil mock. Mmmm, that dip is amazing. I am going to beg for the recipe sometime, just watch me. Well, ask. Your mom would totally share for she is not a mocking mocker who mocks.

Mom already said she'd email it to you if you ask.
