No power in the 'verse can stop me.

River ,'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Dude, I'm not sure if that qualifies as brilliant or cruel.

Both. It started as either one of those small, thoughtful gestures we've been talking about or perhaps a ward against my PMS. And I have been known to hand over choccies for him to stash for me. But you should see me on the prowl when a craving strikes and he isn't home from work yet.

Always Anti-fascist!

David Simon says that the main difference between real life and television is that television people get to fuck prettier people. Which got him censored at Loyola in a way that his theory about the American Dream as Ponzi scheme did not.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Typo Boy - I really wouldn't mind hearing criticism about Israel, now or any other time. I'm pretty lefty in my political views, volunteer in a human-rights organization and I know Gaza is hell and a shame that no one seems to solve. If you have any ideas, go ahead. (Just, you know, I also know what it's like to be under rocket attacks, think twice before leaving the house to take a bus, be in war, etc.).

Edit: of course, if it's not the place for political discussion/ if this makes people here feel uncomfortable, I'll totally understand and shut up. For me, at least, it's more "life" than "politics", but I get the difference.

And I have no idea who much I am in inches and feets. It's 1.65 in the metric system.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

And I have no idea who much I am in inches and feets. It's 1.65 in the metric system.

That'd be 5'5".

Shir is my height. This makes me very pleased, for no real reason.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I'm an inch taller than Shir.

So... It seems I've spent the evening baking, and as I'm licking the cookie bowl, I realize I've not had dinner. But these cookies look like my best cookies ever.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Shir, I'll post in tomorrow a bit. We discuss politics a lot here, but because of it being life rather than just politics for you, I wanted to make sure it was OK with you before going into any depth.

Ok, Santa, about that Peace on Earth thing? I know its not Christmas quite yet, but I promise not to cry on Christmas morning because I don't have any presents to open, if you should just happen to deliver this one early.
