Xander: I still don't get why we came here to get info about a killer snot monster. Giles: Because it's a killer snot monster from outer space. I did not say that.

'Never Leave Me'

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Congrats, Suzi!

All is well that ends in pizza.

Greetings everyone. I am now going to bed after spending the day fighting off the soured adrenaline in my body from fishtailing across two lanes of traffic and careening 30 feet down the embankment, ending up facing backwards in the ditch some 15 feet lower than the roadway this morning.

Apparently the only casualty, besides my pride, was my new pair of blue twill pants which my leg muscles split 8 inches at the left thigh when I was using my whole body to keep the van upright as it twisted through the deep snow. This I did not discover until I was at lunch at work and noticed I seemed to have more than one pocket on the side, and that I could also scratch my leg.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Congrats, Suzi!

Daniel, glad you're home safe. Get some rest!

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I'm a bitch with an Orange Belt. Fear me. Mwah-ha-ha.
Well, I think it's safe to say, Suzi stole all the oomph! Thankfully she put it to good use! Congrats! er, I mean :: cowering :: yay (don't hurt me).

Oh dear! I thought the pants casualty was going to be a Bill Cosby thing (first you say it, then you do it). Very glad you are ok. Sleep well, you've earned it.

ION, um. Ya. I think I have a live one from Match! Dunno if will result in anything, but she is wanting to meet after only a few e-mails exchanges! um. YIKES!

Much weather~ma to Frank's brother and SIL. I'm gonna hold on to a bit, though, because my SIL is supposed to fly in that day too.

Daniel, I'm so glad you're ok!

YAY, SUZI!!!! Go you, girl!

Everyone is waking up, except the nephew. He's still sleeping. Craziness! Auntie wants to play!

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Go Suzi! And Kristin, I'm so glad Zoe's alright. Give her a big petting from me, OK?

askye, lot's of healing~ma for your aunt from here.

Now, it's salad and watching Brainiac: Science Abuse for me. Mostly to stare at the screen and go "oh, doctor".

I also want to find a place in J-city that teaches swing dancing lessons. I have the skirt and the shoes/heels for that. And Hannukah is tomorrow! And I don't know where I'll light the first candle!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Swing dancing's fun! And I'm speaking as someone who sucks at all forms of dancing. Still, I sucked slightly less at swing dancing, and a good partner could make me feel like Ginger Rodgers.

I am so tired of this cold. I've had it for a week and a half now, and I'm pretty sure it's settled in as a sinus infection—I've had the symptoms for that since Monday. I still have the cipro my travel doc gave me in case I picked up traveler's diarrhea in Senegal. I'm strongly considering taking it for the sinus infection instead. Can anyone think of a good reason not to?

Did some, plan more...after work again today.

As I mentioned in my LJ, I'm glad we had lots of snow to brake my van, because hitting something and my airbag deploying would have made things worse.
