Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

In other news, I have one mini fruitcake (sans nuts) left in need of a home.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Teppy, tons of ~ma your way. I hope the hospital does good by you and right quick. I wonder, since you are the poster child for them, does this count as warranty coverage or something? Maybe give you the executive suite at the hospital? Seriously, get better soon.

Teppy, if it's just an inflamed muscle group that's pushed nerves around or a pissed-off disc, a cortisone shot may do the job. Hubby's had lots of those--before the insurance company accepted that the X-rays did indeed show fractured vertebra--and they're miraculous.

the executive suite at the hospital

I don't know if they have those, but the corner rooms in our hospital are nice. They have couches they fold out to twin beds. The last time Hubby was in, an elderly woman occupied the nearest corner, and she had bodyguards. The staff didn't realize they were bodyguards--I guess they figured she had lots of large male relatives who didn't say much--until Hubby told a nurse that they were packing guns.
