Do any of you (lawyers) know if there are regulations of minimum and maximum temperature ranges for office spaces? The owner doesn't currently care about us and won't actually fix the problem for our office even though it's 80+ in our general space and 95.5 in my room. We don't have control of the thermostat.
OSHA doesn't regulate temperature: [link]
Fabulous. Thanks anyway for the link.
I wish it were a better answer -- my building is also freaky with the HVAC, although not anywhere near as bad as yours from the sound of things, so I can sympathize. Any idea if there's a state or local body that might regulate things more tightly than OSHA?
The lease or property management contract might address this, though I'm not sure the best way to find that out.
Due to an unfortunate twist of fate, the guy who my sister M has chosen over her family is my roommate D's dad, S. S has had a bunch of stuff stored here at the house since before my sister moved out. He left a message on D's phone asking when he can come get his stuff. This makes me less hopeful that M will be seeking contact with her family anytime soon. Should I share this news with my mom, knowing it will upset her greatly? I can't decide if she'll be more upset if she finds out I withheld it from her.
and those taco bell fuckers forgot my spork
d, what state are you in?
But seriously man, I don't know what they are somking at Taco Bell. My Mexican pizza is cut like a peace sign. I wish I had a protractor so I could tell just how disproportionate these slices are.
Stupid shoulder. And I ran out of distractions -- finished my book, nothing on TV, tired of looking at crazy Wave people's websites.
