Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

read it. did not love it, but I get why people do. I thought it was really slow. and I like my vampires -- to have edge. However, I may find myself reading the second book. I've been told it is better -- faster paced, anyway. It is not great, but it is candy.

I'm like Beth. I could see the appeal. And it was an easy read. I think its good that I read it just cultural-awareness-wise. I have zero urge to read the others.

I picked it up cheap so I'll probably read it, but I can't get myself to start.
