Count me in the Fuck Cancer camp. Nice crowded camp.
All this "fuck cancer" has reminded me of a recent conversation with K-Bug in which she reminded me she is a big girl now.
I forget the topic at hand, but I had said I felt like I had been screwed and not in a good way. Her response was "With sandpaper?"
Yeah. Cancer can kiss my ass. I miss talking to my dad.
Cancer is an unrelenting bitch and not the good kind of Bitch.
Yays! to GC. Congrats on finishing grad school!

I love K-Bug. She's lovely.
Oh yeah, fuck cancer. We are in the midst of our first holiday season without Jack (DW's dad). It sucks.

I just sent out ecards to my sisters, and now I'm wondering at the current etiquette of Christmas cards. I really don't want to go buy cards, fill them out, and spend money on stamps, but I'm not sure if ecards, even nifty ones, are considered "thoughtful" enough.
Frank, I'm so sorry. Fuck cancer indeed.
I'm watching a
What Not To Wear
in which they put a 360 mirror in a mall and then picked someone from all the people who "tried out." The woman they went with would not let Nick cut her (way way way too long) hair. I'm irrationally pissed that she kept someone else from the experience when she wasn't really ready to commit. I could see it if someone else nominated her, but she chose to put herself in the running! LAME!
While waiting for lunch to nuke, I was making small talk with head o theater, asking (half joking) if we were going to send an invite to the show to the Bush's since they are moving to town. Turns out one of the board members is a close friend. As in Mrs B stays with her sometimes. Talk about 6 degrees of separation! I'm 3 degrees from The Worst President Ever. Crazy world, eh?
I have three large brown bananas. Does anyone have a favorite banana bread recipe?
Lots of ~ma to Frank and family.
