OK, this is freaky. I've been sitting down for a while, feel perfectly calm and relaxed, and my blood pressure is 140/104 and my heart rate is 100.
It was perhaps a bad idea for my mom to get me this blood pressure monitor. I'm getting a bit obsessive here.
