Hullo!
Wow, the crows have crapped ALL OVER my car. I love winter!
Today is cleaning and prepping for new job to start tomorrow. My kitchen is a disaster. The hype about Virgo's is all wrong -- we can live in a messy place. It's just that there's this inner click when it gets to a certain level and then all of a sudden is all bleach and sandblasters and MAgic Erasers with HAZMAT standards. There's rarely any gray in a Virgo cleansing.
I said sure, and she said that officially they couldn't promote any form of birth control, but that if big boxes of condoms *just happened* to be placed in prominent locations in their shelters/clinics, well, the women were able to take them, weren't they.
Hee, Tep, that cracks me up. We weren't allowed to hand out condoms at my high schoo, but I kept a cigar box full from the local health center and quietly sighed about DARN! They keep DISAPPEARING and I guess I'll just have to REPLACE then whenever the box is empty. I kept an eye on it, and tried to keep it at a 2-3 per student limit per week, except for the kids I knew were actually doing the deed and not just trying to impress friends.
Hmm. I suppose I'll be making another trip to the cnter again, pick up rubbers and pregnancy and STD info in English and Spanish.
I'm so excited about starting my new job tomorrow!
BTW,does anyone have or can suggest a good version of a K-12 math book that will really carefully explain how to do all the usual stuff? I am completely certain of my competency to help with all levels of h.s. and m.s. lesson except math, complex chemistry and physics.
So I want to bone up on math, but I figure for chem and physics, there's a lot of expert Ffistas I can ask for clarification from.
