The SF one is pretty well situated for going to the sushi place Steph and Tim and Tom have all been to.
Also conveniently located for having cocktails chez moi (4-5 blocks away) or with moi. As long as I'm around, it could be a last-minute thing depending on your work schedule.
ETA: Note that sushi and I are un-mixy things. But I am always happy to mix, or be mixed with, cocktails.

True! I have stayed at that Holiday Inn for many conventions. It's also nicely close to Whole Foods, and the good nail place.

I'll be staying in Evanston on Thursday night, but I'm going to need to get a cab to O'Hare after lunch (flight at 4:40), so, not really sure.
