No doubt inquiring minds want to know. I did indeed eat my breakfast leftovers for lunch. It stayed cozy on the windowsill. For those not in the know - Fried cheese grits patty, topped with grilled tomato, gulf shrimps, poached egg, and more cheese. Garnished with more tomatoes, shrimp and greens. Yum. (I didn't finish all the egg in a very half hearted attempt to save my cholesterol numbers)
I'm thinking about buying something very expensive. Maybe an antelope.
