Wireless not working for us either. On with tech support.
So we were supposed to be on 912 patio room, but it was closed off due to a pipe issue. They moved us to 1901 with a lovely river view.
It looks like there is an Internet issue.
Sometimes a thing gets broke, can't be fixed.
