It's because you didn't have a strong father figure isn't it?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Cool. They recommend making dinner reservations in advance to secure a space - what time would you like to set it for?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Definitely, Scrappy. I'll be in town that week.

Our wings are not tired.

On the earlier side, Matt. Since we will be driving back I don't want to eat and hit the road since napping could result.

Does 6:00 sound good?

If the nighttime drive back is a concern, you're welcome to stay over at my suite and head back in the a.m. It looks like there's plenty of room and two separate sleeping areas: [link]

6 is good. Nice suite! Chances are we will head back, but if the weather is awful or we are too tired we will certainly keep that as an option.

Well, she has a name now. Tropical Storm Andrea! It may be a wet and wild day at Epcot. DH said staying over Thursday night might be the best plan because driving up and spending the day at the park is likely enough for one day. So we will be prepared to spend the night and head out after breakfast.

Luckily, almost all the entertaining stuff at Epcot is indoors, so we'll only get soaked running from one pavillion to another - no bonus Typhoon Lagoon experience when riding the Astro Orbiter!

I must warn you, lower your expectations for the suite, and then lower them some more. They saved up all the nice for the rooms that got photographed for the marketing materials.

We got hit by a first band of Andrea this morning so after the boys finish securing the outside furniture we are on the way. Opting for driving the big truck rather than the gas efficient car for the weight and big tires. Messy out there!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Hey NYC-istas- looks like the Louisiana events are for the most part before Savor starts, so I only have one thing on Sat (6/15)., it's to be at dba Brooklyn for 2pm. So I am still super down with a Brooklyn pub crawl. Maybe we can meet somewhere in Brooklyn for lunch (pub style) and wander round, hitting dba at 2ish.

My only other thing on Saturday I want to go to Blue Hill New York for dinner (maybe late night?) (and sit at the bar) because there's a beer sommelier there who is super cool and I want to hang out, try their fancy food/beer and chat with her. The place is near my hotel, so I don't mind ending things there by myself (I know it's super pricy.)

I also don't have any plans on Sunday (6/16), and don't leave till 6ish o'clock. So maybe brunch? Is up to you all, I am fine exploring on my own.

I'll be flying up on Friday afternoon (6/14), will be booked up on Friday night.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I would love to see you, Nora, but Saturday is Dylan's birthday party and Sunday is Father's Day so I'm going to be completely tied up with family stuff all weekend. BOO.
