Hmmm. dcp, Liese...What do you think about Oklahoma Joe's or Jack Stack's? OKJoe's is off Rainbow and, ugh, County Line, and there's a Jack Stack's downtown, on the Plaza and at 90th-ish and Metcalf.

They are both very good BBQ. OKJoe is more divey, Jack Stack a little more upscale and pricey, but very good. I also like Rosedale BBQ on the West Side, and it's a true, old KC dive BBQ. I took Amy there; she can vouch.

I'm down with Rosedale; they're off the corner of Rainbow and Southwest Blvd. I'm trying to find a sitter for the kiddo, but if not, he like BBQ and I can just let him play with the Nook whilst we natter.

Pix, I'm going to be in Maine Friday - Sunday for my family annual, so it looks like I'm going to miss you this time (as well as the Worcester-area folks). Hope you get a good crew together for whatever you do!
