Omnis, I hear what you’re saying about noise, but the room is really huge for a dozen people. I’m worried it might feel a little...I don’t know...empty? Sad? Hm. At this point I will leave it be unless I hear from others. Erin, the bar tab will be what it is -- I did the math, and I don’t think we’ll have any problems. We’d need to spend about $30 each or a bit more since not everyone drinks. I’m not too worried.

Sadly, my guest has to work all weekend, but she may be able to join one of our excursions.
I thought the small space was nifty. Very cosey and we can still dance, even if we don't get loud.

DH has been trying to persuade me the last week to go without him, but I really would rather wait and do a family vacation thing. We just have too many things happening on a bunch of different fronts. I appreciate that they all tell me to go on by myself, but that idea really adds more stress than it subtracts.
