New wrinkle, my mom fell against the corner of a wall last night and cracked a rib. It looks like I'm going to have to bail on the f2f this year. Would that I had been smart enough to buy refundable airline tickets, but I was only anticipating work-related threats to my vacation (and I've already had to ward those off today, true to form).

PC, you'll just be staying in our Sheraton room Friday and Saturday nights, right? I may see if I can drop Sunday night off the reservation.

Your name's already on the reservation, so that should be all set. I guess easiest thing to do is just leave it that way and then settle up your half of the room fees once the final bill is in.
