Kat, perhaps you and the kiddos can come to the BBQ Friday night? We would love to see you.
In general F2F news, I think many of you are going to find our lovely desert climate a big relief given the crazy heat wave across the country currently. It's been low 80s during the day (and of course low humidity) and 60s at night. It's important to bring layers for the evenings since it cools off considerably.
Just a head's up that I am going camping but will be home Sunday AM and am game for any Cincinnati shenanigans on Sunday afternoon/evening. Teppy, I think you have my number if we need to plan (we are only going to Hueston Woods, not far from civilization).
I do have it. (I just checked -- under F for flea, and freaked out for a minute when I didn't see it. It's actually under your real name. Durrrrr.)
Yay! I am up for anything. Tep, since it's your birthday, what would you like to do?
On a plane! I will be in Cincinnati around midnight. Text messaging or a phone call is best from this point forward.
And by Cincinnati you mean Pasadena, right?

By way of Atlanta and Louisville, of course. Sitting on the tarmac in Atlanta waiting for our gate to open up. We're ridiculously early.
So, hey, I haven't been in here much. I see that the date is near, and Pix is working her butt off to make things cool and fun.
Me, I have a standing "I don't know if I can do this..." which peaks by the weekend (since I'd be leaving the prom for the ER as a standard practice.
What time is the BBQ and what time is the prom? There's a link I should be clicking on, isn't there? I should go look for that...
Prom starts at 8 on Saturday. I'm pretty sure the BBQ at our place starts earlier. My guess is by 6 PM, though I'm sure if folks want to come by as the roll into town we won't have any problem with that.
I think I said 7 for the BBQ, but 6 is fine too.
