It's too bad that the only show at Beacher's Madhouse within several days of the f2f actually conflicts with the Prom, otherwise I'd try to get people to make an outing to it.
F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
javachik - not yet ... I'm busy procrastinating. And I was wondering if there was anything going on during that week.
Looking to revisit the scene of previous crimes, I checked out the Holiday Inn Civic Center - seemingly the rate is now $272 per night ... yikes!
Hmm I'm wondering if the dates coincide with college graduations?
Hey Teppy and Flea--not sure what your best emails are, wanna plan something for Monday night? (I figure I get in Sunday at about 7:30, so by the time I make it from the airport to the hotel, it might be a bit late).
SFistas! I will be in your fair city from the afternoon of Sunday, May 20, until early on Thursday, May 24.
Want to come out and play?
Yes! I have nothing planned during that time.
Toddson, are you still looking for a place to stay? Because this place has the Scola stamp of approval and is about $120/night less for the time you're looking for than the Civic Center Holiday Inn.
And this B&B seems to be Yelp-approved and also less than the CCHI.
I DO!
I'm not sure I can, but I do and will try!
I've booked the Carl Hotel - which seems to be the Buffista hotel of choice. They're quite inexpensive, I'm getting a room on the first floor (steps are NOT my friend these days).
I'd looked at the Holiday Inn Civic Center simply because of good memories ... but reliving the 2006 F2F isn't worth what they're charging. I did want to visit General Bead, but I remember there's a BART stop right nearby. hmmm ... don't suppose my Metro SmarTrip card would work on BART, would it?
I've booked the Carl Hotel
Yay, I can collect you for breakfast, if you're so inclined.
