Haha! You were under the original NCista umbrella invite! Pshaw!

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
Hah! Sorry I didn't just email y'all, I was on my iphone during the training. Mez sounds fine, and I should be done by 5pm tomorrow (and Wed, and Thurs)--I'm out by the airport ("Hyatt House"), but I don't have a car. I've got my phone, so I can briefly check email/borg/texts during breaks in training if plans change. Too bad we probably won't be in time for the taco happy hour, it looks yum!
Amych you were on the original invite! I would love to see you!
Thursday would be best for me, but I could make dinner tomorrow if it's latish. It would be lovely to see y'all!
Argh! I've just been reminded (err, informed! oops!) that tomorrow is D&D night - so I'm out for tomorrow, but I could do Thursday.
OK, Thursday sounds like it's best?
Calli, do you want to carpool over there and pick up meara? I can drive. (Yay!) I can meet at The Compound by 5:15-5:30. Is that do-able for you? And then we can head Hyatt-ward.
I think, with rush-hour traffic, getting to the hotel, and then getting to Mez, we should probably plan on a 6:30-ish meet-up time for dinner. Can you make that, amych?
Hmm. Thursday would have to be early for me--I have the exam from the week of training (the exam literally goes all day long) on Friday--if I don't pass it, I could be let go! So I want a good night's sleep!
Is 6:30 too late? I think that's the earliest we could get out there and get to a restaurant, post-work, pretty much any night, from Chapel Hill. I mean, maybe 6:00, but I'm just allowing for traffic and maybe having to wait for a table, etc.
That should be OK--as long as we don't have too much fun chatting or decide to watch TV or something! It's been known to happen. :)
Well, I can promise to resist TV, but I can't promise about the chatting!
I'll be happy to carpool, Amy. Meara, I turn into a pumpkin by 9 most weeknights, so much as I'd enjoy staying up until all hours talking to you and the localistas, it's unlikely. I've never been to the Mez--sounds nifty!
