Kathy, I'm not getting picked up in the lobby to go to the event till 1:15, so yeah, brunch would be great! It would be easier (for me, I'll admit) to eat near the hotel, because it's really better to travel with the other authors to and from the events, so the media escorts can cat herd better.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
Amy, I’m so sorry I couldn’t come see you tonight. Huntington Beach is a haul from here, but I totally would have come down if it wasn’t a school night. I read your book and will promote it to my students, though!
Aw, thank you, Pix! We had a great turnout -- lots of avid readers and aspiring writers, and two librarians! Really good crowd.
It's so lovely here! The salt air is fantastic. Wish I had another day to enjoy it.
You are supposed to be sleeping, Miss Amy.
I'm getting there. Last cup of tea, and prepacking for tomorrow morning.
Which hotel are you staying at, Amy? I know Naperville pretty well and can probably figure out a good place for brunch.
If you don't do brunch too early, I may try to join you. It's about a 3 hour drive and I'll for sure come to the signing. I just don't know if I'll make brunch.
Just figured out the hotel you're at!
Okay, there is the Eggsperience Cafe (http://www.eggsperiencecafe.com/) not too far away and fairly decent. I could pick you up at your hotel and take you.
The Sugar Toad in the hotel is fantastic but really expensive. Frankly, I can't afford that one right now.
I can look for other restaurants, too.
It's the Arista, Chi, which you now know! Whatever you think is convenient and reasonably priced. Just let me know.
And you can always email, too -- my profile address is good.
Sail! I'm so glad you can come.
At the bookstore, awaiting the arrival of Amy. She doesn't know it yet, but she has the fanciest chair on the panel.
