I miss Oz. He'd get it. He wouldn't say anything, but he'd get it.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

If folks are really interested in Cajun/Creole food, I suggest coming down for a visit to New Orleans. What? I'm just sayin'!

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

As someone who has eaten at Celtic Bayou, I will say the food is tasty. The concept of the place is kind of nutty, but the food is great.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

heh ... a sign in a local wine shop advertised Gaddafi cabernet - a nutty flavor with curiously disappering aftertaste.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I'm assuming meet-ups after the event are fine, as long as I'm up the next morning to go wherever we need to go,

I'm picturing us getting Amy in trouble for breaking curfew. If the handlers question you then say, "it's okay, I'll be with Buffistas."

Because books.

"it's okay, I'll be with Buffistas."

And yet, if they knew us I imagine that would be less than reassuring ...

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Hey, no one has ever been arrested nor have there been any deaths or dismemberments on the Buffistas watch.

Of course, that may not be the standard that some people use.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

But those are fantastic standards!

Because books.

Completely satisfactory, I agree.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I love how we are making a sort of buddy system that doubles as watching out for Amy during her book tour.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

There's a place called Celtic Bayou nearby-- Irish/Cajun hybrid cuisine.

Unless they opened a second branch, I wouldn't say they're nearby. They're a good 20 minutes from Lynnwood by freeway. (But, like, two minutes from my office!)
