I'll admit that Suzi and I, at first, were both quite bummed that the attendance was going to be so extremely low but life happens and plans change.
Completely understandable, and I personally was very sad that it fell out the way it did this year for us.
With a small group we were able to do things and go places that we wouldn't have been able to do with a large group. And it's possible that this may be the first year that no one caught the dreaded F2F ick. All in all, a very calm way to introduce DH to an "official" Buffista gathering.
Very true! Did he enjoy himself?

I don't think anyone caught the ick in Providence last year.
Did anyone get con crud in Atlanta? I was sick as a dog for days afterwards, but I'm pretty sure that was due to a bad spinach puff rather than germs from people.
I'm fairly sure that anyone sick after Atlanta caught it on a plane. In fact, all the con crud I've gotten has not ever been from the venue but from the travel. Mostly because it's six hours in a metal tube with virus vectors.
I also think the Seattle ick TCG and I had we caught on the plane.
I've typically blamed my past experiences with the F2F ick to be due to lack of sleep and Too Much Candy / Kissing. Maybe that's just me.

He did!
Sheryl! So you're coming at a good/bad time for me! Bad because of those dates, the only evening I am free is the 14th. Good because the reason I am not free on the 15th and 16th is because I am in a play that you should come see! It's free! It's short! It's part of a whole festival of short plays!
P-C,
Sounds intriguing. Where is it?
It's at Cafe Royale, Post and Leavenworth, in the upper Tenderloin. It's Theater Pub, which is theater in a pub. They're doing Pint Sized Plays again.
Are there any buffistas in Columbus?
