The good news is that my friends offered me their house for June in Hawaii. The bad news is it involves the F2F weekend. The good news is that the room next to the hospitality suite is open again.
I thought this was the year I would make it to a F2F. I guess that is why God is laughing.

Hey, I vote yes. I am tired of traveling by myself and the son isn't sounding very positive about this time either.
I'm glad you're at least getting to travel, Theresa! I finally did my taxes and despite the fact I made so much less than I have in previous years, I still ended up owing Uncle Sam money. At least I'm getting something back from the state and I'll be a little under $100 to the good, but it's not enough to travel on.

Honestly me too. And very surprised and grateful. It's not something that I was counting on or even had in my mind. Sometimes happy accidents occur at the right times.
More people need to have layovers in KC, is all I'm sayin'.
We definitely can't afford the F2F this year, but I wanna see me some Buffistas! Come on, guys, KC is in RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY. No one ever has a layover here?
Go layover, choose layover! Hell, you can stay the friggin' NIGHT at my house -- unless you are allergic to cats, dogs or smoke. Er.

Hey Boston! Due to being distracted and agreeing to do something without really thinking about it, I will be coming to Boston on May 5. I'm coming in early, presenting from noon to 1:30 and leaving that day.
My flight options are to head out right after at 3 something or to take an 8:30 flight. Is anyone around and up for cocktails or earlyish dinner that night? I have a few days to figure out flights.
Brenda! Unfortunately, Thursdays are pretty crazy for me. There's a small chance I could meet up, so keep me in the loop, but sadly it's not likely.
