All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I haven't seen a Second City show in ages and I don't know specifics about either show.

You might check out Metromix for restaurant/event info. Many events won't be up until closer to your time frame though.

And on a tangent...Chicago Festival Guide 2011. Check out the last entry for June 4-5. Really?!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Ooh, real live Scola! Yes!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Where are you staying?

The Reader is a good resource for Chicago stuff too.

Not sure yet. Probably with my friend Kelly on East 28th. Then out in Brooklyn over the weekend at a hotel with Mom.

Because books.

I'm going to be in NYC on May 25, just for the day. Amtrak there and back that day, but I can take the latest train home I want to, I'm pretty sure. My only obligation is lunchtime-ish at BEA, and I'd love to see people for dinner or something.

Woot!

Yay! I'll let you know more when I do -- all I know now is I think I'm supposed to do something from 11:30 to 12:30ish. No idea what that might be, really, either. I've never been to BEA, even as an editor.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Sorry to miss you guys, I'll be out of town :(
