I'm getting the pig!

The hospitality suite definitely had more seating and counter space. I just don't know if we'll have enough people coming this year to justify the size or cost of it. Or to cover the cost of it.

I already had June 24th and 27th approved to be out of the office. Last week I checked the 17th and 20th, just in case, and the 17th is not possible. Which just means that I wouldn't be able to help shuttle people from the airport to the hotel until after work that day. It's not a huge deal but I figured I should mention it.

I'm one of the people that can only go the first weekend, so of course I'm biased. ;)

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I vote for the hospitality suite.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

If our numbers dwindle before June (which sometimes happens) the cost of that $250 suite could get painful.

It would also be harder to keep it for a third day -- which has been nice when people opt to hang out for the day and fly out late.

The status is NOT quo.

I agree with Trudy. Having been one of the people who has occasionally helped to absorb those higher costs myself, I'd hate to see that happen to someone.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm good with either. With a smaller group, the cost is definitely something to consider.

ETA: when they say junior suite, is there actually a seperate area or is more just the bedroom with an entryway?

ETA again: I found some pics on the website and the luxury suite, which I presume is the larger space, does look perfect. Hmmm.

Our wings are not tired.

I like the idea of the larger space, enough to kick in extra $ to make it happen.

Pretty much, yes.

I'm also okay with chipping in extra for the bigger room, if that's the direction people choose.

The bigger room would be nice, no doubt.

Okay, based on the nicer room and the fact that it looks like it's more convenient for the locals, I guess I'd vote for the later weekend.
