I cannot believe that no one has posted this yet -- Flaming cheese!

Had a great dinner with Laura, Brendan, Todd, and Dana on Saturday. Went to a great mezze restaurant. As good (in some cases better) than Zaytinya, and they take reservations! Food was great, and they set cheese on fire! However, the flames paled in comparison to the company, though.

Now that I'm feeling human, I will be contacting some more hotels. I need to find Vortex's grand phone F2F explanation.
