Thanks brenda - I just voted. I've had "actually call hotels in ABQ to get quotes" on my list for WEEKS, but life has eaten me starting from the bottom.

However, I'm still willing to coordinate from afar, as it looks like my sked will settle down by April, and I plan to be in NM anyway around then (I'll move my travel dates to NM in accordance with the F2F I suspect).

My onerous task for today will be figuring out what to do with these survey results. We have a rough tie between two cities depending on how preferences are weighted. Hmm.

We have not voted on dates, but based on the original pimpage posts and comments left in the survey, there is heavy support for late June. I'd suggest checking to see if there is any big conflict or price differential affecting the weekends of the 17th and 24th and go from there.

I'm going to a conference in Chicago from June 19 through June 23, so if it were in Denver the weekend after, I might could come on my way back. Intriguing.
