I think the next step in the process is to create a poll for the three(ish?) options that have been put forward. Sadly, I know not poll-creating, so I have not volunteered to do that myself. And don't know who to ask.

Okay folks, let's do this.
I'll tally and report on the results on Thursday of next week. (Hey, is that onerous task day? Perfect!)
Dates are usually the hardest part to be sure about, but they haven't really been set so I put what I saw as likely per the posts. It does seem like mid to late June is probably the rough time frame for any of them. I'd suggest we figure out which city has the most interest and then we can go from there on picking a place and a hard date. But I've added a comment box so if you know a certain date is problematic, add that in. Or, you know, any other remarks that might be relevant.
ETA: register your opinion on all - you don't have to pick just one. We'll shoot for whichever has the most positive response and least can't-goes.
