Erin, I may use your script for further calls.

Windsparrow, do you have the RFP from Vortex? That details our needs very well and you could use that as a reference for calling.

I do, and referring to it helped a lot in talking to the one human being I ever got hold of.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Nah, politics is too slimy for me. I'm good at situational BS, not deluding myself and others as a life goal.

Also, WAY too many blackmail pix from college floating around. (I DID inhale.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Erin, that's awesome. Laga, I laughed because I had the same thought.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Wow, we don't sound crazy at all.

Have you met us? (snerk)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

oh yes. The emphasis in that sentence is on sound.

I may not sound crazy in the ordinary way of things, but I have one heck of an evil laugh.

Getting a little frustrated with one particular hotel sales rep. Initially, this one was the most informative of all the different places I had called. But now he is being coy about directly answering questions on fees. Seriously dude, if I ask what fees will be, and whether or not they are dependent on filling the block of rooms, I want actual numbers. Is it standard to have to tease answers out so I just have to keep at it, or should I just say, "Thanks for all this information, but we'll be going with another location."

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Tell him that you would like to work with someone who can give you concrete information, and if he is not that person, you will move to another hotel. If he's not making you happy before he gets the job, he won't make you happy afterward.
