I say "here's the best option I could find".
1) it is simpler
2) you can pick a vision and run with it
Then again, maybe we don't make that a "rule". A nice bid could really be constructed either way.

I've always wanted to go to Austin but I wouldn't rule out KC. To be honest I probably can't afford either.
