Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

I'd love to see you in GA, Tom, but my mother will be in town. You might want to avoid that action.

Our wings are not tired.

Come to Florida! It's Spring Break. You can stay here. Brendon will be in Orlando at some Easter basketball tournament thing. You could join him! I'll be home working and packing and being very dull. But I can loan you a car and give you directions to the beach! (only a mile, you can walk) I'd tell the bunny to make you an Easter basket.

So not so great with the Delray Beach pimping. Maybe I should link pictures of the drunken fools vacationing students on the beaches.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

You can come to DC! Um, not that we've got a beach or anything. But there are cherry blossoms.

We talked about trying to come up for the cherry blossoms. I've never been to DC at this time of year. With moving and a new work project starting next week I just can't justify the time or expense. Boo. Maybe next year.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Kristin, you should go to the F2F and then hang out in NYC to meet Drew when his ship comes in. I know a futon you could sleep on for free...

Well, I've been trying to get my Aunt Sharon to come up for a visit (she's the one who lives in Kenya and she hasn't visited me in the Bay Area in 15 years) before she leaves the States, and she finally has a date that works for her. Of course it's June 25, 26 and 27.

It's the only weekend that works for her because her church pretty much has her fundraising every weekend and she teaches at the church school during the week.

So, I guess I'm out of this year's F2F, too, if we've concretely set that date. I am so disappointed.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'll be in Kansas City

USITT I presume? Say hi to folks for me. I was really hoping to make it this year but alas, tech.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.
