I would probably not eliminate, actually - if the conflict is big enough to impact us that'll show up in the bids pretty quickly.
So if we start with three dates and we end up

Well, that gives us some good data anyway.
An alternative if people don't want to argue with hotels is if we have some hotels in mind, do like an Orbitz gut check of those weekends and see if that rules some out.
Most big cities have something going on most weekends - barring a SuperBowl, it's hard to know how much they'll really impact us.
I agree with that. So an official survey of dates? Are we ready, people?
Being someone that fled the humity and the cold -- I will say the best thing about a city is that there are lots of building to duck into Except, oddly , in Charleston.
Not sure if I can go this year but I do know some dates that are impossible - so lets do some dates!
Kristin, I really appreciate what you're doing. And many thanks to the pimpers.
Let's do it!
When is the survey open until?
We should probably put that in press.
Next year is mid right? Does Denver qualify? Just wondering if I should pay attention so I can make y'all come to me next year.
Because I am a crazy person, I was thinking that it might be a good idea to choose dates and place for next year as soon as we're done setting this year up so that we don't put it off until the last minute.
I have heard back from the Providence Marriot. There room rates are either 119 for a double or 129 depending on the date. July 4th weekend was the only one that they could not give us a price for. I don't think they quoted a price for a hospitality suite, so I need to get back to them about that. The prom facilities would be free if we spend 800 on food and alcohol that night. I'll post more when I am back on my computer and I can see what they sent better.
