I'm not into either chicken or waffles, so I had grits. They were yummy. I considered having cornbread too, but feared carb coma.
LAX is less than attractive as far as airports go. We didn't see the inside of the Long Beach airport, but the outside amused.
We flew into Fort Lauderdale which worked out very well. Flight landed way early. Our vehicle was parked right next to the gate exit. Now today I am still in jammies watching tv.

Flight now delayed another hour. Optimistic boarding time is 1:15 so Tom and I are having some overpriced airport food for lunch.

I love that picture! Scola had a couple of similar ones in his set too, and I love them all -- everyone looks so gorgeous and happy!
