Mal is desperately trying to scratch his way into my suitcase. Which leads me to think: "maybe if i'd packed the cats i could have stayed longer...." That way lies madness.
F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
I am in Detroit and waiting on my ride. I am exhausted and more than a little sad. I miss my city and my people.
We miss you too Aims.
Ehh, they didn't ask for volunteers and now we've started to board, so oh well.
Am snugged up in bed in my hotel room cross town now. V glad I am going to be but three blocks from where I have to be in the morning, come morning! The drive to get back to the airport will be a pain, but I'll already be awake, then.
I can't wait to get home and start looking at Scola's pictures!
Good Flight home , smonster.
The only thing bad about this trip -- as per usual I have not had enough sleep.I'm so glad that I got to meet some new Buffistas this time around. And I knew that my matt and erin obscure would get along great. And watching ND, O_A and my DH geek out about sound , is highly amusing.
Home. My computer still on Pacific time. Got a sweet tail wind and made it home in 4 hours! Landed a half hour early. Kids had the A/C at 68 so I am getting under the covers quick to get some rest before the work day.
Alas, picture viewing will have to wait a couple hours.
Love and miss you all.
I'm in ATL. Flight from LAX was delayed over an hour due to a sick passenger - we went back to the gate, he deplaned, they had to clean the seat, etc. Missed connection here, got rebooked on next flight. Will achieve goal of being so late/sick as to be able to miss work today.
Now if I can just make it home without setting someone on fire with my eyeballs.
I'm waving in the direction of the airport, smonster.
Southern Floridistas: Hubs and I will be in your area on vacation in a few weeks (2/8 until 2/19, to be exact), and we'd be interested in an F2F while we're there. Our schedule is flexible.
Profile address is good (even if I don't check it every day) -- hope to see you there!
