Well, Tom, in fairness, we've been getting between 2-5 inches a day for the past week. This on top of burn areas from September and people are worried. But yes, chilly and wet. And people here are stupid about the rain.

I am doing the very important pre-travel things of "dyeing my hair", "making sure my dress fits" and "doing laundry" (rather than going out dancing!!). However, didn't get time for a pedicure today, so hope that's still a plan tomorrow...guess I'll call when I land, see what the story is. If that's not, maybe I'll see if I can join the crazy Roscoe's crowd. Mmmm....
