Despite all my efforts to the contrary, I am sick. Sore throat, headache, congestion, swollen lymph nodes. I barely slept due to the congestion. So far today I have consumed a zinc lozenge, elderberry extract, Emergen-C, homeopathic cold stuff, and Dayquil. Eff this noise. The first time I get sick all winter, and it's *this* weekend? My immune system is on The List.
