Just on the off chance: any local-istas gonna be anywhere near the Long Beach airport round abouts 9:30am? I had a dream/remembrance of the airport there and am realizing that maybe i don't want to spend a few hours there waiting for the already kindly offered ride. Pack it in the dry cleaner bag. Fold it in thirds, put it on top of the rest of your stuff. It will help, trust me.
