Why couldn't Giles have shackles like any self-respecting bachelor?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, hey Dine About Town is happening, so we could potentially get a fancy two-course lunch for $17.95 on Sunday. Polter-cow, Hil, anyone else have opinions?

Eta: juliana, you've been to the Sendak exhibit already? About how long should we allow for it, if we plan on meeting people for lunch after, do you think?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Oh, huh. I am trying to be a bit more frugal this month after my vacation, but perhaps I should look into that.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have to go to a long-planned event on The Night, but would love to come to any Saturday or Sunday brunch-type thing with everyone.

I poked through the Dine About Town menus without finding much in the way of vegan options, so maybe that's a bad idea for Sunday. Too bad.

Not javachik

Wow, that's quite a deal. I might have to check this out also.

Urban Tavern - Mediterranean -- looks to have adequate veggie options, perhaps even vegan by accident.

Never mind, I was reading the menu incorrectly, I thought they had a squash entree.

Our wings are not tired.

I am keeping my eye on the thread to see if, at last minute, I'll be able to join the Hil gang wherever you decide to eat. I don't want to be considered in terms of locale, timing, etc, because I have a million things to accomplish this weekend (and have no idea if I will be able to carve out time).

I prefer to underpromise and overdeliver!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Sorry I'm not much help in planning stuff. My brain is kind of overloaded this week.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I see that it's going to be kind of wet next week.

Oh, man, I do not want to add to your stress, Hil. It's just lunch.

Let's meet at 11 at the museum, because we know we're doing that, and say lunch will happen at a restaurant to be named later around 12:30. Anyone who wants to join up can, e-mail me for my cell # if you don't have it, I can call people on Sunday with the lunch location if that would be useful. Okay?
