I completely love that almost anywhere we travel, there is a Buffista.
Wherever you go, there we are?
Or more
Then Buffistas will be all around in the dark - we'll be ever'where—wherever you look. Wherever they's a place to stay and a place to eat, We'll be there. Wherever they's a kilt wearing kind of guy, we'll be there... We'll be in the group walking around people think are mad an'—We'll be in the way people snark when watching tv and posting it online. An' when our folk raise tiaras to their heads and wear corsets and take in shows - why, we'll be there.
Lovely brunch and long conversation with Hil and Vortex.
Sounds like a great Sunday, smonster.
well dang, i forgot that while i researched airfaires a couple weeks ago whilst sofa-bound, i never actually *booked* a flight for wedding-age. The best fares i was finding then were around $280, now fares are around $430....is there a chance that fares will actually go DOWN in the week just before the flight or should i go ahead and book a super-spendy one to make sure i actually have a seat on a plane?
Hey, Hil, some friends are doing the MIT puzzle hunt this weekend. Would you like to add your mathematician brain?
Erin, according to kayak.com, Jet Blue and Alaska both have direct flights from PDX-Long beach for ~$260 round trip.
Ginger! I can't get to webmail from work, so I am posting here. You may recall that I mentioned I'd be in Atlanta. Well, the time is upon us. Are you free for dinner either Sunday or Tuesday? I will be downtown at the convention center, but I ought to be able to get anywhere that's close to MARTA.
Sunday would be better, because Tuesday is when I play trivia with Atlanta's other Buffista (Bicyclops). I can skip if Tuesday turns out to be better for you. My Sunday is free.
