Question: Will hiding in a cavern with stockpiled chocolate goods be any part of this plan?

F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Remember to factor in the PixDesign east coast reception.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Isn't the Mutter museum in Philly?

Also: cheesesteaks!

Our wings are not tired.

We can run up the Art Museum stairs a la Rocky.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

We can run up the Art Museum stairs a la Rocky.

Did that as a kid, too. We went on several field trips to the Philly Art Museum. I will probably try to work in a side trip to see some folks, if the f2f ends up in Philly. Oddly enough, the people I'm most likely to see are my parents' friends and not mine; if I see anyone my age it would likely be their kids, though I may see how many of my old friends still live in the area.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Remember to factor in the PixDesign east coast reception.

When is that? Have we even started the date portion yet?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Philly also has whatever amazing Israeli chocolate maker people were gushing about in Good Riddance the other day.

Slight typo there, Laura.

We can MUST run up the Art Museum stairs a la Rocky.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Have we sent some sort of form letter to hotels in the past to find out prices etc? I'm still willing to pimp Providence, but I need some guidance about how other people have gone about gathering information.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I have an updated version of the RFP that JavaCat so kindly sent me, but it's somewhere in my files from my last office job (i.e., on one of 7 thumb drives). If you give me a day or so, I'll unearth it and send it off to whomever would like it.

Yes, there's a fairly standard request for proposals that we send to the hotel regarding pricing, internet access, etc. Any of the past organizers can pass it along.
