Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

information libertarian

I pimped Durham last time and nobody was interested. Public transport is a serious issue in NC - i.e. there is none.

I'm going to burn in hell for suggesting it, but Orlando could actually be fun for a F2F.

Or, depending on the time of year, burn in Florida if it happens.

She is also going to an observatory tonight (or very early tomorrow morning) to watch stuff smash into the moon. How cool is that?

So cool.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Yeah, I voted against my own beloved home town because of the transit issue.

Likewise, I'll happily play tour guide for individuals or small groups of Buffistas that visit Memphis if schedules allow. But it would make for an awful f2f location - public transportation sucks, the airport isn't near anything else, and while there are lots of great places for food and music downtown there are also lots of great places to get stabbed or shot on your way to or from the great food and music.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Now, Matt. Right near the airport is Deja Vu. C'mon, now.

The restaurant, or the strip club?

Sad, but true. If you want to stay within a carefully delineated (mostly by students' needs) section of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, you can find fairly easy to use public transportation in the NC Trianglistas' area. Unfortunately that leaves out most of Durham and Raleigh.

That said, we're always happy to meet stray Buffistas that wander into our area.

All is well that ends in pizza.

A club or restaurant called Deja Vu? I get the feeling I've heard the name before.
