We do. June 19-21. June 26-28 got one more vote in the first question, but that weekend also got three more votes in the "can't make it that weekend" question, and June 19-21 got five more votes in the "first choice" question. So there we go.

Time to send out the RFPs to the hotels. I have one I've used before, unless previous planners have a Buffista-specific one.

So it looks like it's Tommyrot, Hil, Vortex, & me? And I think Tom & Vortex will be there closer to 6, and Hil & I will race for last place. Whee!

Will we be able to find each other? Normally I'd suggest meeting up out front, but since it's freezing and we aren't all going to be getting there around the same time, that seems cruel. I guess we can trade phone #s and whoever gets there first can call/text to say where they're sitting. Does that work?

I'd recommend getting a table in the upper floor dining room since as I recall that's a little less cramped than the downstairs bar.
