I wanna die in bed surrounded by fat grandchildren, but guess that's off the menu.

F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

decorated with candy sprinkles. Or something.
Were those the handcuffs??

given that I made out with, er, EVERYBODY at the first F2F I attended
Wait, WHAT?! Damn, and all I got was a nibble of the cuffs from my wrist. Don't get me wrong. It was fab, and I treasure it forever, but a Fay!Snog sounds so much sweeter.

Why isn't anyone paying us to be Buffistas?
That would be the dream job. How do we interview for it? Once word got out, our little virtual island would be overwhelmed.

are there any LAistas that would be interested in a 20% off coupon for: Vivoli Cafe & Trattoria
1520 N Hayworth Ave Suite 11
Los Angeles, CA 90046

They sent me an e-mail coupon. Alas, I no longer live in LA. But happy to share.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Speaking of people who live in LA, would anyone happen to be free in Pasadena on Monday, July 27 to have lunch and take me and a friend to the Burbank airport? We will be recovering from Comic-Con, and the friend we're staying with has to work.

The status is NOT quo.

Libkitty, we will be in Juneau tomorrow. I don't know if ND will be free, but I would love to meet you for lunch or brunch. What's your schedule like?

PC, we're gone most of this summer so can't help with airport transport. Sorry. I think ND is in Mexico and I will be going into work on the 27th.

Ah, that's too bad, Kristin! I wasn't sure whether you guys would be in town or not.

Our wings are not tired

Yeah. I don't get back from cruise work until August 16th.

Not javachik

Ooo, I would go to a F2F in Thailand in a second. That would be great.

Rhode Island would be lovely, so would Maine (I assume this is the original Portland, yes?)

I totted up my miles driven on my camping/visiting/traveling to F2F vacation. It came to an even 1,350. And it was a wonderful trip, woo hoo!

Jilli:

Friday July 24 6:00 – 7:00 Umbrella Academy : Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba

They'll be signing at the Dark Horse booth, #2615. It's adjacent to the Dollhouse / Whedon panel, so I hope I can still make it. I think that's right after your signing, isn't it?

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I had ND and Kristin in Juneau today. We were blessed with another gorgeous day. It's starting to be that no one's going to believe me when I say I live in a rain forest. They were both fun and wonderful, and although most of you reading here have probably already met them in person, I can say that their photos don't do them justice and they just seem so perfect together.

Already, I'm going through withdrawal. I'm so pleased to have gotten several visitors on cruises this summer, but Kristin and ND were the last ones for the summer. GET BUSY FOLKS!
