But that's covered if you tick yes or no for each date, surely? You might tick three yeses, or two, or one?
That's what I was figuring. "Yes" for can attend, "no" for can't attend, and maybe a "which is your first choice?" as a tiebreaker, if the can/can't attend vote is a tie.
I think what we've done in the past is along the lines of "will definitely attend", "will likely attend", "cannot attend" to see which date captures the most of us. I think that gives us a good picture with still a little flexibility.

I'm in a stupid computer class Tuesday through Friday ... but it lets otu earlier than I usually get out of the office, so I should be sorta free.
When are we voting until?
Next Wednesday, I should think. That gives us a week.
I'm teaching until 5:35 on Tuesday and Thursday, and have tentative plans on Monday, but if we're getting together with tommyrot sometime that I can make it, then count me in.
Unfortunately, my best times are all at lunchtime. Or possibly Sunday, but I'm not sure about that.
