I'm meeting with a reporter.
Ooh! I hope he or she is as awesome as the Seattle guy.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Since Sakae is more about the food, it gets my vote. Drinks are not an option before a show. Afterwards; definitely.
As Jilli just pointed out she has to be at Books Inc at 6 which means we have to eat at 5. I can only suggest that we hit the restauarant in waves since it's clear some people can't get there until we have to leave.
And Jilli, the first post from Perkins says Sakae is a couple of blocks from the store.

My reading comprehension and retention, has anyone seen where it went to?
I just remembered I had to wash the remnants of stage blood off a brooch I wanted to take with me this weekend. Who do I talk to to get my GothCard stamped?
How about those who can get to the restaurant at 5:00 do so, and the rest get there when they can?
For possible post-reading drinks/dessert (our tiramisu is awesome, and, of course, we have Fernet), I'm at Sodini's Bertolucci's [link] Directions from Books, Inc. [link]
Awesome!
Google maps puts Sakae at 469 feet from the book store. I haven't been there, but it's gotten good reviews: [link]
... Huh, I should check what the weather in L.A. is going to be like for the weekend before I start packing, shouldn't I?
If you're lucky, it'll be like today, warm but not hot and a bit overcast.
Oh, cool, meeting earlier is easier for me, I think. And my cute shoes that I never have an opportunity to wear will appreciate the outing. I'll aim for the early side of 5 for Sakae.
I had thought I would buy a book at the signing but now I am wondering if I should get my copy beforehand. Opinions?
Oooh, could someone get a (signed) copy for me, please? bats eyes
I'll be buying it at the signing to support the bookstore.
