Can't any one of your damn little Scooby club at least try to remember that I hate you all?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Because books.

The pictures, especially of Lily and Matilda, are AWESOME.

Also, I have to apologize to P-C, because dude, if I had known that was you on the phone, we totally would have talked longer. I blame poor cell connections and my own sad lack of caffeine.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Are peoples making their way to brunch? We just started our ablutions.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

The House of Reason is sleeping, and probably will be for quite a while. Having woken up lying on my back on the sofa (a baffling state of affairs I choose to ascribe to cats coming and turning me over in my sleep) I am very much afraid that my cacophonous snoring may have kept them both awake all night.

...I stand corrected, Pete has just arisen, although Jilli remains a sleepygoth, bless her.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

...I stand corrected, Pete has just arisen,

Pete Reason Has Risen From the Grave. Soon there will be coffee.

although Jilli remains a sleepygoth, bless her.

Awww, go to sleep little dragonslayer. Am now imagining a series of goth-turned fairy tales ("Sleeping Gothling") pitched somewhere between Edward Gorey and...well, Tanith Lee and Angela Carter who already did gothy takes on fairy tales.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I won't be making it to Plei's today. Sorry. Myplan is to rest all day and hopefully Oi will feel well enough to go to prom.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I'm brunching at Plei's, AIFG!

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

I'm up but ND is still happily snoozing. How late is brunch going? We may just catch up with everyone later.

JZ, thank you for those lovely words. You're such a sweetheart.

And sj, you poor thing! I hope you feel better soon.

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

Pete Reason Has Risen From the Grave. Soon there will be coffee.

And it feels like the grave too. I had the dodgy tum last night and woke up this morning dehydrated and with the mother of all sinus headaches.

And I made tea.

I apparently got the time wrong for the Plei thing - not surprising since a certain wife never clued me in that is what happening. ahem - but I thought it started at 1pm. Apparently it has already started. Considering Jilli is still asleep, we will be rather late.

What's on the menu?
